Ahhhhhh....yum.

Today I told my boss I was leaving early to go skiing, and he gave me the thumbs up, literally. We're enjoying some down time right now. He was on a conference call as I was leaving, and he mouthed the words "so jealous" as I waved goodbye. I have a wonderful boss.

It was the best idea I've ever had. These are the times that I live for, the ones that remind me what life is all about. These are the times that Tristan and I built our lives on. As I skinned up, taking in the sun and scenery, I felt like my heart just opened up and sucked in all the wintery, woodsy, sunny, skiing goodness. What a treat, what a life. Cheers, and happy trails!
